The processing:

• involves the activation of automated decision-making processes, including profiling, consisting of a response via computer (email) or phone regarding a request for hotel accommodation information or a quote.

Please note that, given the purposes of the processing described above, the provision of data is mandatory, and failure to provide, partially provide, or provide incorrect data may result in the inability to carry out the activity.

If the person providing the data is under 16 years of age, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility, whose identification data and a copy of identification documents are collected.

The processing will be carried out using manual and/or IT and telematic tools with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical, and logical measures provided by current regulations.
